Hotel Marina Rio - Lagos

Airy and neat room, with a clean bathroom. Wonderful location in a marina area next to a short walk into town centre as well as the grocery store and lots of restaurants. Short walk from Jardim da Constituicao.

What a marvellous location to nearby beaches! Delicious breakfast with tasty pastries and bacon, for instance for every taste...

The hotel was listed as number one on the website I used to search for hotels in Lagos. Although there is a nice view of the marina, the pleasant ambience is reduced by the busy traffic which passes the hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, pretty and central location but away from the noise of the tourist streets. Pool on the roof terrace was nice, although small.

My wife and I booked a room with a Marine view, it was well worth the extra cost (which wasn't much). Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great! I would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends, as it was great value for money.

The hotel was charming. Everything from the hallways to the pool to the breakfast area to the rooms was well designed and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. The staff was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at the Albergaria Marino Rio again.

Couldn't recommend more for a holiday

Beautifully furnished, friendly staff, the room was very clean, with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a large soaking tub that felt heavenly after a long day of exploring.

Wonderful small accommodation with amiable stuff at all times. Great location close to bus and train station, 10 min on foot to Meia Praia. And not far from town centre and beach and the city center.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and plentiful. The rooms were clean, and made up every day. We didnt try the hotel rooftop pool since it was raining, but looked pleasant enough. The location was good, 10 mins walk to the city centre, or marina, and 15 mins to Meia Praia beach. We didn't have a marina facing room which was a shame, but we could see it from our balcony since we had a corner room. Although it may have been more noisy facing the road so we were not too bothered by it.

It was a lovely vacation in Lagos! The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the train and the town center. The staff were super friendly and offered great tips for our trip. Our room had an amazing river view, and the little fridge was handy for snacks. The breakfast in-room service was a nice touch, but the pool felt a bit cramped with limited space.
